SAN Members Show 2014

On Sunday, March 23, SAN artists and
supporters gathered to celebrate the opening of the Members Show 2014
exhibition in the beautiful Beverly Arts Center, East Gallery. The show
includes a variety of high quality works by 52 SAN artists. The show will be open through April 13, so
make time to see it. The center is located at 2407 West 111th
Street, Chicago.
The exhibit was co-curated by
Patricia O’Malley and Annette Abajian.
The jury that selected our prize winners included Lelde Kalmite, artist
and curator of the Bridgeport Art Center Gallery; Sandra Leonard, artist and
sculptural fashion designer; and Carla Witherbottom, artist and curator of the
Beverly Arts Center Gallery. Thanks to all of them for their time and expertise
and to all the volunteers and artists who together made the exhibit a great
success.
